By using the FUF app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of the FUF application. By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of the App

FUF is intended for professional sales use. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized copying, reselling, or exploiting the app or its contents is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

FUF operates on a monthly subscription basis. Users are responsible for timely payments. All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and functionality of the FUF app are the intellectual property of FUF. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific results from using FUF. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the use of the FUF app shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
