1. Data Deletion Request

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, we will remove the data from our active systems within 7–14 business days.

2. Automatic Data Deletion

Certain types of data may be automatically deleted after a defined retention period. For example:

  • Inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

  • Temporary files and logs are removed every 30 days.

  • Uploaded documents are deleted after the completion of verification.

3. Exceptions to Deletion

In some cases, we may retain data even after a deletion request to:

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Resolve disputes

  • Maintain necessary business records

Such data will be securely stored and restricted from regular access.

4. Backup & Archive Deletion

Deleted data may continue to exist in backup archives for up to 90 days. These backups are encrypted and securely stored, and the data is removed automatically once the cycle completes.

5. Third-Party Deletion

If your data was shared with third-party service providers, we will:

  • Notify them of the deletion request

  • Ensure that they delete the data according to their policies

  • Maintain documentation of the completion
